Products & Purchase

1. All jewelry pieces are handcrafted in gold, natural diamonds, and gemstones only.

2. The materials used are clearly specified in each product description.

3. Images on the website are for illustration purposes only; slight variations may occur in the actual product due to the handcrafted nature.

4. Prices include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

5. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders are shipped via registered mail or courier service, according to the customer’s choice.

2. Estimated delivery times are listed during checkout but may be delayed due to external factors beyond the Company’s control.

3. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns & Cancellations

1. Jewelry may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used or worn.

2. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

4. If the customer chooses to return an item via Israel Post, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package arriving safely to the Company.

5. Order cancellations and returns are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Warranty

1. The Company guarantees the quality of its materials and craftsmanship in accordance with industry standards.

2. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect.
